Yes you will have to legalize your documents and it also depends on where and the type of document.

Thanks bro... I am using the Form-A to make the payment tomorrow Monday. Considering the waiting period of CBN to eventually make the payment to the school account, should I email the school requesting for extension of deadline for the payment. The deadline given was Feb.21.

Write to the school. Also if there is a any form of proof from the bank,do well and send to the school too. Form A takes alot of time and sometimes you are being denied. Goodluck

Yes, they give full scholarship with monthly stipend. I currently hold the state-funded PhD. scholarship at the KaunasUniversityofTechnology (KTU).

My biggest challenge is getting the appointment for visa at VSF, currently no available slot.
