No you are not paying 30k euro. It means The insurance you are buying should be cover for 30k euro. When you go to those selling insurance for schegen visa they already understand. Just let them know you want an international insurance that covers for 30k euro. Price range should be around 35,000 naira depending on the insurance company you are using.
Note: the insurance should cover for at least 1year 1month
