unclejb2: are you talking about "compulsion" or evolution? how long did it take for banks to "indirectly compelled" compared to the present situation of just 3 months? explain what you mean by "indirectly compelled"? who did the indirect compulsion? in this present situation, is it also indirect compulsion or direct compulsion? |
Re: Pregnant Woman Dies In Kano Hospital Over Payment Alerts Delay by unclejb2(m): 4:10pm On Feb 19, 2023 |
lexy2014:it's left for the banks to upgrade, if they don't and customers are not happy, they loose business. They had 3 months to upgrade their IT infrastructure, they didn't because people like Tinubu assured then that the old notes would be valid until they win the election and are sworn in.... The policy stays. Enough of money politics. |

lexy2014:you can keep crying for all we care, we don't need the old notes in circulation anymore. The new notes would be made more available after the elections. |

Its really sad. I was held at a government owned hospital for hours until I was transferred to a private hospital. And I had paid fully for a bed space, antenatal and all in advance. These people value money more than lives. Then there's the problem of incompetence. |
