Please who knows anything about Saint Louis university in Missouri, I have been asked to submit financial documentation and affidavit of support as part of my application packet. I am surprised because I have not seen this before. This is coming before getting even getting an admission decision

I have found that they would usually ask you to provide financial declaration as part of your application, but it is optional at that time. I have consulted with a graduate coordinator before, and she said it is usually only required when they offer need based financial aid. You can go ahead and submit your application without it, then once given admission, provide it for your I-20.

February 28/March 1 is the last application date for remaining universities for those interested in Funding. Other passed date include December 15th, January 1st and January 15th (I think they are the major ones).

So push through those your application if you are still considering Fall, 2023.

For me, it's the wait that is killing me..and the fear of the unknown. I don't know how you people manage. I feel I shouldn't do too much, when I can end up getting what I need from one of the many I have already done. But then, I'm just waiting for time to roll, so I can know what the future holds...but if the future flops..my own don be for this year be that... it's stressful.

Yes you can. If you have been in conversation with the graduate school coordinator during your application you can ask for feedback

Just allow them to do their thing. Hopefully, March is when they will start dropping those admitted in order to meet up with the government April 15th deadline for acceptance or rejection by those offered.

But the u.s don’t give reasons for denial, they just hand out a blue paper at the end of the interview , was it the blue paper you misplaced ? I’m not getting this

The rejection is always generic. Ask anyone that was rejected if they still have theirs or just download a copy online.

To be honest, any school still considering you for app fee waiver is not helping you. Most schools are already in top gear in awarding admission and funding to students and once the slot closes, you can't do anything about it.

Thanks for the concern, and sorry for yours. But at least you have gotten one with funding right? I think I came across your comment on it.
