I almost made similar mistake on my house. I ignored parapet then used industrial six long span aluminum. Something I could have done parapet and use steptiles or metcopo with not much difference as at 2020.

it’s not easy to correct a building.It’s better to nail it well at once.The errors of my first house led me to building the second one.I used wooden doors who does that?lack of information.although I have upgraded the house but renovating can never be like a straight project.

I have 2 plots in the east already which I inherited from my grandfather a king in Anambra state. Guess how much a drug lord offered me last year December … very tempting but I will never sell what I inherited.

I don't think anybody can make me sad on my own building..

The quality of the thinker defines the quality of the product.

We should learn to Incubate ideas using the right professionals: lawyers, engineers, designers…the benefits are not physical.

An excellent architect would think of beneficial things for you and your family, worth tens of millions in psychological and physical impact.

Whoever the architect is, he or she should be arrested immediately. Lol. The place he sited the dining is suppose to be for passage. Like how can the dinning room be very close to the toilet and bedroom?
