I must use stone coated roof na em make my guy wait for 3 years. Thank God he eventually used it sha while me I don dey build my third project for commercial purpose. Be wise…

Kitchen door is directly facing the lounge, dinning has no window, guest toilet door facing the dinning. Assuming you are eating and someone decides to use the toilet, how will you feel?

Once I see the 3 bedroom apartment I know it must be in the SW, their house there no dey pass 3 or 2 bedroom that's what them use make Ibadan largest city at the time, worst part is the cheap silver roofing sheets that get rusted in few years, again nothing like rebuilding or carrying out maintenance of old structure in that region, I think they need to change that mentally to give SW a befitting scenery

Labor in those parts of oyo state is cheaper . If you can bring them and house them and support them with feeding a little you will get that price . Imagine now in Ibadan they charge 250k to plaster standard 3 bedrooms. While this young man spent just 100k . Look at what he spent on the art work sef.
