Please what does this question means on ds160: Has anyone ever filed an immigrant petition on your behalf with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services? Yes or No? As per k1

Lastly, I studied for 2 years in Malaysia back in 2010. however i couldn't find anywhere online where i could apply for their police clearance certificate. do the US embassy goes as far back as asking for a police certificate of a country you lived in more than a decade ago?

Photos of Gifts 🎁 shared among you both..

You could also add some screen shots of video calls you both do

Letter of support from either her friends or your friends..People who can attest to the legitimacy of the relationship.


Lastly, more than 50% to the success of the interview depends on how well you know your fiancee...His/her age, hobbies, US address, what he or she likes and dislikes etc..


Be bold and clear when answering...

If you do not know the answer of anyone...tell them clearly that you don't know that one...

What does your status shows when you check it online ?
If it shows intransit don’t wait.
Also, go ahead and fill out the ds-160.

if someone had previously filed an immigrant petition for you before the answer is Yes if not the answer is no.

For your second question the year does not matter, as long as you’ve lived in a country for 6 months and above, you are required to get a police clearance certificate

Birth certificates- NPC attestation of birth ( Original and Copy)
Evidence of Relationships
Affidavit of Support and other financial docs( 1040, W2/ IRS tax transcript)
International Passports
2 passports photos

Pls I need your help. My girlfriend wants to visit me for the first time in Nigeria next month. She has been trying to apply for Nigerian visa online, anytime she get to the point of payment with her card, the website logs her off. She has tried this severally to no avail until I advised her to use another browser which she did and the whole application she took time to do disappeared. This is so frustrating.

Do anyone know a better way to get a visa for her to visit? I know about Visa on arrival but I don’t know how good that can be because I heard stories of people being sent back at the airport because of that. Pls I need all the advice I could get. Thanks

Never heard people get turned back.
