Yes, I'm a Medical sales representative. You can start your career with it overtime you can venture into Community practice.

Just make a business out of it. Go into the job with a business mind, make sure you have your exit plan in atmost 5yrs time.

It is a good job, depending on the company and there products, but my advice for you is make sure you don't run in to debt or own them.

Very good advice here.. if you know you can’t manage money and u don’t know how to account for money it’s better you stay away from the job

With all due respect sir,don't deceive people on what u have no idea about,I have been a medical rep with over 6yrs Experience in the pharma industry,Today I have rose to a position of a manager and I can tell u that my package is above some of ur Lectures with PHD degrees. See if u are good in what u are doing good multinational coys will be sorting for u. Currently I enjoys the above in my place of work,HMO,13th Month salary, Leave Allowance,pension,salary increments every year,my incentive comes quarterly and ofcos my official clean 2013 corrola car to ease my movement. Also u make money for your self in the field as u can do overage. The most interesting thing I enjoys about this job is the flexibility bcus u control ur time. Though I know that some coys don't value their staff and salary might be peanut but like I said earlier when u build urself and know what u are doing u will be the one to tell ur company how much u worth.

Why haven't u responded to all those who told him not to try n singly picked me out..
That it worked for u in ur coy.. doesn't meant it's like that everywhere..
