Na the overconfidence dey vex me. APC should be doing way more than 62k votes in Ikorodu LG for example.

Being in a State HOA doesn't make you known. There are so many unknown SHOA members even the state you reside in. And sSHOA elections are usually at the discretion of the Governor who always wants a rubberstamp SHOA.

It's happening in other states in the SE and SS too.

Flooring the Governor's anointed in Abia who is a CoS on a 'baby' LP platform is the Peter Obi effect.

I have stated why they hate the man. You can spin it as sowing seeds of tribalism. That is expected.

You could have easily said most of the Igbos around me hate Tinubu, it still doesny translate to an whole tribe hating Tinubu.

Tinubu got stoned in Abeokuta 2019, does it mean that the Egbas hate Tinubu...

Egbon, agbalagba ni wa, we cannot be fanning embers of tribalism we should be discouraging such tribalistic rhetorics especially among the youths.

Lots of bonafide lagosians very much dislike Tinubu, likewise people from host of other tribes and ethnicities; Its same for other politicians too so it is wrong and bad taste to say Igbos hate Tinubu, that what I expect to hear from motor park touts not on this board with the level of educated minds here.

The igbos around me are representative of the igbos in the SE

Also, the beauty of Nairaland is that a lot of people are unfiltered and also unhinged.

If you had been on the political threads from 2011 to 2016, you would have a much better understanding of what I am saying

Of course, it is quite possible that you understand and and playing ostrich. The most vocal tribalist on this board for instance regularly virtue signals, but that is a story for another day.

Imho, the bona-fide Lagosians who dislike Tinubu are the political order who have repeatedly failed to beat him at the game.
