But the number of votes compared to the registered voters and the overall population of Lagos is ridiculously low.
If this was a governorship ballot it means the governor will attempt to rule with less than 7 percent approval.
This is the problem in Nigeria.
Leadership has not been attractive enough to command stronger succeeding mandates.
