Northern Christians never accepted that Muslim-Muslim ticket. This explains Obi's great outing in Nassarawa, Taraba, Adamawa, and Plateau. Obviously, most Southerners do not care as much as their so called brethren in faith in the North who have had to endure all manner of terrorism and ethnic/religion-induced crisis in the last 7 years.
