The truth is that bloody violence will erupt once Tinubu is announced winner because the election has been discredited. The ones in most danger are politicians of ruling party and their interests, anybody involved in the electoral process and their immediate family and innocent people mistaken to be part of the system. To save lives the election has to be cancelled and fresh one conducted reflecting exactly what was voted via BVAS.
