I was at a market yesterday, you need to see how some group of igbo men was saying all sorts of nonsense. They are traders instead of selling their goods in peace, they kept discussing publicly how Yorùbás are the minority in Lagos and they are ready for anything. They have enough tools on ground, this and that.
That's the point, every igbo dominated market in Lagos is currently having groups of people discussing how Lagos is no man's land and all sort of nonsense. They shall find what they seek soon.

Oga stop taking those talks personal. When people are angry they say things.

Even your yoruba brothers come online and insult an entire tribe cos of the feel they can. Most insults to Nnamdi kanu on this forum are from Yorubas.

Why Is he fighting for or against them? No

This struggle or whatever is gear toward the FG for his people so why do the Yorubas attack him and other igbos including those who doesn't support the Biafra movement here??

On this same forum you hear them refer to igbos are pigs, Osu, and third class citizens why??

It pains me that at this age and time Nigerians would still be struggling with unity. Some people in this same nairaland said their only happiness is that an igbo man dont rule Nigeria... can you imagine. So if you are dying under a bad "rulership" is better than having a good person from the East.

You guys are not well. You insult the entire nation in a bid to win presidency and are still the ones crying foul. You expect people you have been calling urchins and other unprintable names to welcome you with open arms?
Oga shut up... we hear Osu, pigs 🐖 with other derogatory names against a tribe on this nairaland daily from your people dont be a fool and fein being holy here.
The insults and name calling on and offline is mutual.

The funniest thing about this Lagos stuff is the people you always threaten with 'Leave Lagos' would leave someday and perhaps you might need them back.

Warri had so many oil companies in the 1990s but today even the 'Almighty ' SPDC left.

The best way to chase them out is to destroy their shops and their homes, once they have no source of income they will go back to Nnewi.
Use fire and petrol.

Igbos are the ones fanning the embers of division in this country, let them go and u will see tribalism gone from Nigeria.
You lie sir. You lie. I wont call yorubas tribalist but you are sounding like a tribalist. If you that wasn't born or very young but I'm sure you weren't born in 1966 can be holding / treating a tribe with disdain for something you heard and not experienced then you need to think twice.

In Reality, Lagos can be called a NO MAN'S LAND,
Since it was the former Capital territory of Nigeria!

But All the Same, the Hate u guys HARBOUR for Igbo is way overboard! undecided
I dont agree with that term No man's Land. The first settlers there could lay claim to it hence its under Yoruba control.... Abuja is a capital city same as calabar was... both are Nupe and Efik territory.

That no man's land is just to annoy the people.. na cruise or banter. Taking too personal is like the average igbo man going to war with some people for saying " Igbo too like money"

I grew up in a society that calls you igbo if you hustle hard or shows any trait of being money oriented.

Funny enough most people igbos and non igbos alike would always say. "Give me my money o, I be igbo man"

Please let's get this right!

It has nothing to do with the great Yoruba race represented by Afenifere and other true Omoluabis.

This is the handiwork of Afonja represented by MURIC.

Afonjas are band of bigotic urgins originally from Iragbiji and Islamic emirate of Ilorin. However, the Iragbiji folks through Governor Adeleke have booted them out and banished them politically for soiling the ancient town's name. The children of Iragbiji even came out on vidieo calling out the Agbado master with unprintable names. However the kwara immigrants have recently taken up the mantle as orignal Afonjas to a new level.

A nairaland recently put it this way;

Kwara Yoruba Muslim extremists, who lost their traditional system, Land and culture to the Fulani ,are and have infiltrated Lagos State.
They came with two things namely

(1) crude tribalism
(2) unrefined hate
(3) religious extremism and bigitory

IGBO this, Igbo that.

Just because PETER OBI came out to contest Presidency, Igbos have received lots of Curses and Hate sad

Just because the Rhode Vivour (Whose Father is a Founding Father of Lagos) came to contest Governorship and his Mother is Igbo,
Hell and Brimstone is threatened to be Unleashed. embarassed

The Yorubas Harbouring and Dishing out IgboPhobic Sentiments and claiming Igbo will Take over the state Should Relax.

IGBOS are in Warri, Yenagoa, Benin City, Markurdi, Kano, Sokoto,etc...
And They have NOT tried to do Anything like Take over! sad

IgboMan just wants to Make Money and impress (or Oppress) his Kinsmen @Home. cheesy

Look at this Kwara migrant talking down of GRV, a true son of the soil!

I blame real Lagosians, Yorubas and Omoluabis for tolerating these Afonja miscreats.

Afonjas are band of bigotic urgins originally from Iragbiji and Islamic emirate of Ilorin. The yorubas come here and call igbo children of hate cos they supported Jonathan an ijaw man. The same way you feel bad about it is how I feel bad when someone insults my tribe.

And you see this land thing forget. Even if all the Igbos leave yorubaland and the yorubas leave Igboland, the insults will not stop.
