Good afternoon my good people pls I'm having issue with my Honda Civic 06 after driving for like 1hour yesterday I parked the car and after like 30mins so I got to the car and it refused to start my rewire did everything ( changed the spark plugs,check the fuel pump,check the entire fuel line and said all is fine and that it should start we ran a scan and we got P2185 he suggested we get the sensor and also the shocking sensor which I did today and still the car doesn't start.. pls has anyone gone through this kind of issue on the same car or what do you think could be the issue. Pls help..

P2185 refers to coolant temperature sensor,you still need to run a proper diagnosis.If he uses scanner tell him to read Engine RPM via datastream(livedata) to confirm if the crankshaft position sensor is reading,if it is reading let him confirm if there is ignition (black&white wire) and ground (black wire)voltage on the COP(coil).The ignition wire is supply by a relay by underhood fusebox
If your crankshaft position sensor (RPM) is not reading then let him check the wiring,it should be 3wires sensor positive,ground and signal wire.

Please I need an advise. I want to pour out the gear oil of my Rx350 2011 model and pour in another. I have bought the original WS for the vehicle, but the gear mechanic said he will have to loose the base of the gearbox. Videos i see on YouTube only shows the bolt and the red inner plastic removed and the oil allowed to drain before it's replaced from the tire side. Please, I don't want to make a mistake. All this people fit put holes for man pocket. Please advise me.

Fill your tank, then get your mechanic to drain the fuel manually using a hose into a keg, then fix back the fuel pump and car seats.
Head back to the filling station to refill your tank.

My C230k 2005 has gear mismatch and sometimes not going beyond gear 1 or 2. It is automatic transmission

At times it shows D on the dashboard while gear lever is on P when I put in the key and switch to Ignition. It may remain there for few minutes before going to the right gear P to match with the gear shift lever. It is only at that point will the car start. The it may change gear and drive normally if it doesn't "kick" as I shift to D to move. If it kicks, gear won't go pass gear one

I'm told when it kicks, it goes into "emergency"
At times, it is on D on gear shift lever, but dashboard shows R and car still goes forward.
Pls what is the solution to this problem. How can the car transmission go back to normal?

What advice do u need exactly.. looks like you know what to do..

After draining, ensure to refill with exactly what was removed (this is provided your transmission pan wasnt leaking previously). If the pan was leaking, you'll have to follow some technical procedures to ensure you get the right quantity in.

Toyota WS is the right fluid to use

Thank you Kingreign. I refused taking the vehicle to him, even after he called me severally to bring the vehicle to his workshop. Meanwhile, I noticed something today when driving on the highway today. If I accelerate constantly, before the speedometer gets to 40, the car vibrates and then becomes smooth again, it also happens before it reaches 60. I think this vibration happens when the vehicle is about to change from one gear to the other. What could be the cause please?
