* Someone is bitterly hurt

* The source/cause/person inflicting these pains is pained that, the other party is hurt cos he doesn't mean to hurt the other party in reality The man behind the mask is a degenerate in actual life

* The person hurt is hurt cos it seems some of the descriptions fits her actual reality hence the pains.
Therefore;
