The supreme court never ruled on "exactly" the same issue what was contested in 2008 between yaradua and Buhari was if "and" in Nigeria constitution should be treated in conjunction or not.

forget, Nigeria image is already casted in the international community. I'm making reference to the presidential election. Don't you think those countries would have been singing praises of the country if the election was free fair?
