Governor Charles Soludo of Anambra state has told the people of his state that they should only vote for APGA house of assembly candidates.

He said he if they elect a contestant from another party, that he will only get his salary and not any other money for constituency project.

That's your business, you cant tell people who to vote as their lawmakers. If you don't want free democracy, ask for military intervention. Simple.
