Can't the people there contribute money and dig a borehole?
Or is the community synonymous with poverty?

Those children are not with Kwashiokwor. About 2 or 3 look malnourished but it may not be as a result of lack of food if you look at their skin and the other well fed better looking kids.

No doubt they can live better, get dewormed etc , but this is a typical village setting with poor child spacing. Ogun state govt can move in to assist them.

If the picture of that old woman was taken bare chested without her permission and told that her picture will be displayed publicly in this manner, the Ogun state govt should get her justice and prosecute you.

See kwashokwor below, taken during the Nigerian civil war in the liberated Eastern Nigerian villages in present day South East Nigeria. You can see the difference is much.

You're calling on dat bastar.d governor that's not aware of situation of things at Lanfewa talkless of knowing fully about people living in ASA community in Yewa North

Honestly that Lanfenwa area the roads there are terrible
Remembering that OBJ was a president for 8yrs make me sometimes wonder how a sitting president turn deaf ears and blind eyes to the situation of his own state by not holding the governor accountable.

I know you lp mob unleashed by Mr Obi on our decency as a people will resort to insults as usual but before I report you to the mods, let me educate you; swollen stomach in children is not only caused by Kwashiokwor and look at the picture I shared then compare to the one the OP shared without your lens of hatred and bigotry.

This is one of them, including the child the mother is bathing, they look like Kwashiokwor in your eyes abi?
They are bathing those children with gutter water mixed with oil and you're bragging about it

Smh

No wonder you guys left Ogun state to Lagos and be claiming ownership of Lagos becaseu your state in Ogun is nothing to write home about

They can all die for all i care...

We were trying to open the eyes of their parents and kinsmen but they turned it to tribal war and even called us their enemy. Meanwhile their enemies are loitering around Aso Rock and other palatial venues embezzling their funds that is meant to be used to secure their future.

Young lads, I don't blame your innocent minds, it is your useless parents and kinsmen that is to be held accountable.

May all tribalist die so that the younger generations can unite and fight against bad government.v

And after they will still vote APC, the suffering never start self

Don't be daft abeg!

We have such communities in PDP - led states like Enugu, Delta, Edo, and parts of the North.

It's also a huge problem in other countries in Africa!

Go and Google how much Sadio Mane (the top footballer) has done to change this narrative in parts of Senegal... Akon the musician too!!!

Even Rihanna, Jay-Z and his wife have had to personally intervene in communities in Africa that were in such sorry states!

The only thing your top celebrities know how to do is brag about how many houses, cars, and drinks they own!

A single Borehole will solve over 50% of these people's problem! Electricity will do wonders for them... These are things just one top politician or celebrity can do effortlessly.

One thing is for sure, no matter how ill you speak of Anambra, you can never see such thing in southeastern region. Tuehh!!

In Anambra Peter obi opened a lot of roads to villages which has in turn help thy people to have access to basic amenities.

The population of Lagos Colony was analysed into 'Yoruba' and 'Non-Yoruba' tribes:

1. Eko tribe had fallen from 57% in 1872 to 23.6% 20 years later.
2. Popo or Egun tribe was 15.85%,

3. Other Yoruba groups
Oyo - 11.6%
Ijebu - 11.01%
Awori - 9.26%
Egba - 6.05%
Ijesha - 4.32%
Egbado - 3.63%
Ekiti/Efon people - 1.76%

4. Non-Yoruba groups
Nupe/Tapa - 1.86%
Hausa - 1.86%
The Kru - 1.37%.

That was the population of Lagos over 100 years ago. Look at it very well, do you see your Owerri people? Stay on topic you will not. You have been repeatedly defeated. Those are typical village children like you too when you were in the village. They need better life like every child but do not mock them.
