hello everyone, my note 2 is having issues with the mouthpiece. if I call or receive a call, the other person won't hear me but I can hear the person. but it can record and send voice notes on whatsapp. so I don't understand if I should change the mouthpiece or is it a software issue?. thanks.

if you can send voice note on whatsapp and can record then the mouth piece is ok.. i will advice you reset device to see
