So, an older woman called me today that money is missing from her account.

The amount is 7k but that means a lot to her. Besides, she's now afraid of keeping money in her account.

Here's what happened as she explained it to me.

She went to a POS agent on the 26th of February to withdraw money.

On getting there after giving them her card and at the point of entering her pin, she discovered that she was with her GTB bank atm card.

She doesn't have any money on that card and besides the card has long expired, it expired about a year ago.

She later came back home without making any withdrawal.

On getting home, she discovered that 7k has been withdrawn from her Zenith Bank account.

Not sure how that is possible or even possible.

All this happened on the same date.

She went to the bank to print her statement of result.

It showed that the withdrawal happened on that same date and with that same POS agent because their name was on it to show the debit.

Right now I have no idea what to say to her.

Since she knows the POS she should explain what happened to the customer service I'm sure they will figure it out

How old is she ..? She might be getting senile ( sorry to say ) cause I'm not sure this is possible
