Contrary to some of what you might have read online, masturbation especially when done in excess might lead to pimples.

To treat your acne.. You can start with a good face cleanser with salicylic acid.

Then get Azelaic Acid cream or Benzoyl Peroxide (BP) cream with a good facial mosturizer.

You can start with those basic products first.

1. A facial cleanser to clean the dirt off your face (and help exfoliate it if it contains Salicylic acid)
2. Azelaic acid or BP topical cream to deal with the acne.
3. A mosturizer to keep your face hydrated and keep it from getting too dry or irritated.
4. A sunscreen too!

If you are loaded.. You can try consulting with a dermatologist in your area.

Now listen good, those acne on your face is caused by germs, dirt or fungi.

Those causative agent gets to you face through dirty pillows, beddings, incessant touching with your hands and poor hygiene.

1. Get rid of those dirty bed sheets/pillows cases, get some new bed stuffs.

2. Don't share pillow with someone else most esp women.

For someone with an acne pron skin, you don't need bio oil cos one, it's not meant for the face neither does it clear acne. it will only clog your pores and cause more pimples. Get a proper acne treatment.

Get the natural local black soap and be using it to wash your face. Use BSC face cream at night. It will clear it.

Bro, if you're between 16 and 22, I think treating pimples very often is normal.

Also, If you use a sponge on your face every time you bathe, it's likely to spread more.
