I have been to many states in Nigeria and I have come to realise that the least territorial people are the Yorubas and the Akwa Ibomites. The rest are very territorial. Do not even talk about the Igbos, even if they are forced to sell lands to non-Igbos they will treat you like an outsider.
Keeping sentiments aside, if you want to have full rights in other regions, let others have full rights in your region first.
Unfortunately, that region has nothing to offer.

Nigerian comedian, Francis Agoda, popularly known as Igodye has condemned the ethnic bigotry in Nigeria as it concerns electing new leaders both at the states and National levels, IGBERETV reports.

Taking to his Instagram page, Igodye stated that as long as one was born in a particular state, regardless of their state of origin, they should enjoy every rights and privileges of an Indigene of the state.

If the igbos don't sell their land maybes it's because they are not so broke to sell or its not economically viable to sell. Money doesn't know any tribe. Obiano had recently renamed the popular Abakaliki Street, housing most of the nightclubs in the capital city as ‘Club Road’.

In doing so, Obiano had explained that renaming the street was necessary, so that its name can depict the flurry of night activities which the street has become synonymous with.
