The state IGR was raised from 600m to 45 billion in the last 24 yrs, if it had remained fixed or progressive in the sequence others are growing, the population will not soar, and in fact, it will have a ripple effect on other States. before I say anything more, tell me your State of origin, and i will tell you how Lagos has impacted many other SW state.
