Kog45:Egbon, the Ajax team has some of the best players in the world at that time. If you could remember, the Dutch team lost to Denmark at the 1992 Euros. So saying the Ajax team getting to the final was a surprise naaaa, I am not buying that. They had one of the best team in Europe as at then! Let us look at the Belgian team this season. They have one team each in the Europa, and Conference league quarter final. Another of their team made it out of a tough Champions League group stage. That's 3 teams! Surprisingly none of these 3 teams is top of the league. So saying the German league or Spanish league is ahead this season might not be true. However, we can say Real, Barca and Bayern have a better team But the league has a whole has not surpassed the Belgian teams this season. |
