They have to manipulate it though she won the local government with a wider margin but wont give her the required total wining base on the other results submitted so the need to upgrade the result a little bit to make them win the sum total.

No need for that. Any manipulation will be detected during a review by Tribunal. Remember that every vote must be tied to BVAS.

Boni Haruna did between 1999 to 2007.
Also AUF was convincing winning with about 40k+ votes, before the Fufore debacle. The results from Fufore shows that APC are leading with only less than 5k votes. With this AUF is winning with about 30k+ votes.
AUF's 4+4 is certain.
