0monnak0da:See this midget coming to talk about wanting a digital economy..... What do you know about a digital economy? The bvas used in the election , who created it? Was it not an Igbo man in the East? You talk too much yet with little brain. Your talents are leaving the country and been used to grow another country because your country has failed to give them a platform. Instead of you to work with your fellow country men to get a better Nigeria. You allow greedy politicians use ethnicity to darken your souls. Regardless of the fact that Igbos are in Lagos. No matter what happens. Igbos are still the richest and and the most industrious tribe in Nigeria..... Which other tribe in this country passes down generational wealth? Which other tribe in this country is as good in business as the Igbos? Which tribe in this country imports the electronics used by the whole country? Which tribe in this world bring in the transformers and high tension wires in this country? Which tribe brings in the generators in this country? Which tribe brings in the solar system in this country? Which tribe does it better? What do the Yoruba people know how to do? What do the Hausa people know how to do? Answer me, dimwit |

julaion:Guy tell your reps and senators to push the agenda for you to exit Nigeria, you don't expect Hausa's or Yoruba people to push your agenda. Besides all the noise you are making about running business still remains noise because with or without igbos life still continues in full throttle. We have numerous countries that igbo don't contribute one dime to their economy and they are still doing very fine. So just stay in your lane. |

Jogs1900:Hahahaha good question, we prefer to have Igbo as wife than yoruba....truth be told except either ur fada or mother is partly Benin, partly Yoruba that that kind of marriage will occur... Both some of my family members married Igbo ladies,Edo, other tribe.... But it's very rear for a Benin- Yoruba marriage... Go and do it research. |

chiefkpokp:My mum is from Delta state and by Gods grace, I will be marrying from Benin. With what I've heard from many Benin ladies, they prefer to marry from south west than to marry from across the Niger (south east) |

chiefkpokp:That's your choice na. Same way some Yorubas love and prefer the Igbos to Edo. So are you saying Edo people are not truly industrious? The Yorubas too, are very industrious. And one must not be a trader(exactly like igbos) to be industrious (hardworking). There are lots of sectors... Academia, IT, Etc... Some tribes are concentrated in certain things than others. Even Pastoring sef is hardwork- before you can grow to a certain level of anointing, you will work.. The hate is caused mainly by how people (behave), respect or disrespect other people, and misunderstanding, not how (industrious) because both are industrious seriously. The hate(fight) is from (both side). |

And why should it bother you what someone does with his own market?Go back to your shithole South East and develop it,what the Yorubas do with their computer market is none of your business. And why should it bother you what someone does with his own market?Go back to your shithole South East and develop it,what the Yorubas do with their computer market is none of your business.... |

No one is questioning how industrious the igbos are or there business acumen the solemn truth is that as far as politics in Nigeria is concerned the igbos will always take the back seat cos they never realise it's a game and don't know to play it. |

IDENNAA:U see una don start again if e burst now una go dey cry up and down like children. Victim hood Buying and selling is not rocket science and besides all those places are not intend to be market place. Buying and selling is a good employment for jobless ppl from Southeast. Computer village is a residential area and they need to return it back to that |

ElSudani:If the petty trading is easy then why are Yoruba youths not excelling in it? In case you do not know, learning and starting a trade is harder than graduating from the University. The igbos are using the same petty trading to make enough money to purchase a large portion of the lands in Lagos . Some of the mega companies that you mentioned started with petty trading. Innoson for instance started with trading in motorcycle parts. He then moved into importation of motorcycle parts before developing interest in motor parts and finally going into manufacturing of vehicles. Hence many of those Igbo petty traders that you are looking down on will become the next Innosons. |

quickly:That buying and selling that you see as nothing is more difficult than getting a degree from the University. The real University for Business Administration in Lagos is not UNILAG or LASU but Tradefair, Alaba international etc. That is where you gain the practical knowledge that will make you establish your own company. Hence If I am one of the Yoruba leaders, instead of hating the igbos, I will suggest the Lagos State Government reach a deal with them to train Yoruba youths in trading and business administration. |
