Could this be impossible?

I believe there should be 1 or 2 owned by either an Hausa man or a Yoruba.
Goodluck to the winner!

They will tell you only blood money, drug money and baby factory money can buy and build estates in the south east, they are resentful when others accommodated them.

Why will any sane person invest where his investment is not safehuh
They always cry that Dangote don't invest in the East, they forgot how many of his trucks theyburnt down.

As it stand Dangote cement driver don't go to South East at all because they are being targeted.

When the Igbos start treating other Nigerians the way other Nigerians treat them in Lagos, Kano, Kaduna, Abuja etc, Peole will start investing there.

Travel you said no .

You want to continue wearing and washing one brown lace .

The President of Dangote Group of Companies, Alhaji Aliko Dangote has so far invested over N63 billion to the South East economy of Nigeria by having trucks built for him at the Anambra Motor Manufacturing Company (ANAMMCO) in Enugu.

My brothers let me clear your doubts. You guys are too laid back and love staying in your brown roof republica and hardly have time to travel and see what is going on in other parts of the country.
Alaigbo is not for lazy, smelling, hydraulic soup guzzling, ewedu eating foools. You must have money before you buy land in Igbo land.

You must be daft not to know the difference between 30% 10% and 60%
30% each for Anambra, Enugu and Imo - the superior Igbos

10% for Abia and Ebonyi - the inferior Igbos.

Nobody gives a fuckkkk.

It's not compulsory for a Yoruba man to own an estate in the east.

If you want to own an estate there, it's not on nairaland you will buy it.

Empty vessel.
Re: Twitter Challenge : Name One Estate Owned By A Yoruba In The South East by Gboom: 8:53am On Mar 24, 2023
Will they allow other tribe to build a small business enterprise talkless an estate for that matter.

I read a story here about an Iboman that wanted to construct a pond in his native village, he took the contractor from Lagos to the east only for the boys (landowners) to beat the workers on site and scatter the materials and equipment on site demanding more than 70% of the contract sum to be paid to them by the contractors before they allow them to work.

This is a proof that Igbos are the agent of national development in Nigeria because Igbos are the only tribe that own estates and businesses in all the 36 states of Nigeria and Abuja.

No matter how tough any region or community is to none indigenes, Igbos will always find a way to overcome it and establish their footprint in that community.

Nigerians ought to respect Igbos for this singular quality
