Could the 8 PUs be in that ward that election didn't take place. I watched Fintiri interview on Channels TV and he said 69 PUs and one ward.

I watched Binani interview on Channels too but to me, she is not that sound but I might be wrong though.
We will watch out for all the shenanigans till then

In summary...we are not ripe enough to remove subsidy
Okay o. And the trillions stolen will continue and we will scream no development. While govt will point us at subsidy as our "development"

Obidient in UK, Batist in Nigeria

Ekele m gi

grin grin grin
if you want to take it literally

labour in uk is the party of liberals and a party for the working class

you have datti who was saying gays should be killed, and peter obi - a capitalist billionaire who has never had any kind of union in any of his companies .in nigeria the labour party is just a vehicle for political opportunists - nothing more.

also nihlist is not batist - the man shits on tinubu every opportunity he gets

Shouldn't there be legal implications if matches are cut off abruptly without prior notice?

SuperSports chop winch?

all tinubu has to do is put a serious person as petroleum minister. we have always had the subsidy but the abuse began with GEJ

we have had the subsidy for as long as any of us can remember - it was never an issue until gej

back then there was an ironclad requirement - you HAD to have 500 stations nationwide to run the subsidy. it was under gej you could write all that on paper and get a license to import products and get paid for doing nothin

put an oloyede type person as petroleum minister and any leakages will be gone.

For 1 is electricity. Having stable electricity means we won’t be using fuel for every single thing we need power for.

Another is income, how do price of goods and services rise significantly while masses income remain stagnant?
The problem is the time it would take to get electricity and our purchasing power right.
Look at that time and also check if Nigeria has the money to still do any meaningful thing after paying subsidy and servicing debt

Na so Rivers state be. You can't do any project here without carrying the community along. Every company has a community liason officer.

All fibre vendors to the major telcos have community boys on their payroll. It's either that or they will keep damaging the fibre and there's nothing you can do about it
Probably same in Bayelsa… na the community go suffer am

I'll reconfirm the actual state of things from my neigubour who is an ogoni man. He went home during the last election to vote for Magnus Abe and should have first hand information.

This is another way to go
It's the only way to go

Tighter reins on qualifying criteria for fuel import licence. A real incorruptible tsar to monitor the subsidy

Or find a technological breakthrough to only apply subsidy at the point of sale at fuel stations

Wetin concern them even if the community suffers? I've since realised that the best way to deal with them is to ignore them. It's just unfortunate that you can't always ignore them.

One time the hoodlums sabotaged the fibre to the "Hq" of an oil firm. The vendor went to fix the fibre and he was stopped. They demanded for 30 million naira before it can be fixed.

What they didn't realise was that it was the secondary fibre they damaged. There's a primary fibre that the company was using when the secondary was down. God so good, the primary fibre was up all through that period.

Na so dem ignore them.

Eventually it was N15,000 they paid to fix the fibre grin

If they had shown desperation, I don't think they would have escaped with anything less than 500k

Una done pay Rohr him severance?

The sooner we realize that the coaches contract is just an avenue for Pinnick to siphon money the better

Coach contract go dey talk £30k per week, meanwhile coach will tell you he is only receiving £10k while Pinnick pocket the other £20k

If there are opportunities to steal there will be theft. Its that simple. The easiest way is to remove the opportunity

Its like US Mexico border, as long as there is instability and disparity in economic factors, people will always attempt to cross even if you build a nuclear bomb at the border. People still attempt to cross from North Korea to S Korea
That's why I said Yankee should prioritize trade with Mexico over Asia Pacific countries

Europe share trade amongst themselves, lifting up their neighbours like Poland, Estonia, Latvia. Yankee will be sharing trade with Asia, while the whole of central America and South America is starving. Recipe for crime and immigration

Prices of fuel in Cameroon, Benin… neighboring countries is around 800 Naira black market rate. If you can absolutely stop people from transporting the fuel they bought with subsidy in Nigeria across border.
