The fact that you are sent from Nigeria to USA or Europe doesn't mean you should get there and disobey their laws. The Institution is purely independent religious institution, and not Public institution. What is practiced there must be obeyed without compromise.

Better still, anyone not satisfy with the center location can ask for relocation. It is very simple! Security of lives and properties must also be of priority in this situation.

Crescent University in Abeokuta would never allow a woman to enter the compound without covering. I went with someone to make enquiry about a particular course of study and they refused her entry until someone gave her clothes to cover. And I can tell you for free that they would not allow female students for Jamb exam if they fail to cover.

So, Covenant University hasn't done anything wrong.

If the school registered as a jamb center, they have no right to disallow hijab wearing ladies from writing jamb exams. But if it's a CU internal and personal exams, they can choose not to allow them. Same thing is applicable to Muslim universities.
