Hello Pilots,
We recently sold off my younger brother's Camry coz of the gear and engine issue and used the proceeds to buy a 2005 EOD for him to use for e-hailing.

Is EOD acceptable by Uber/Bolt ?

Is EOD suitable for this work?

Who has used it for e-hailing before? I have used it before, is it direct Tokunbo or Nigeria used ?

Yes but make sure the car is sound, otherwise mechanics will be the ones to be enjoying your profits.

Some of these riders are just stu...pid! If you know you have a problem with tinted cars, you communicate ahead. I just feel like slapping this girl if given the opportunity!

Imagine driving to pick up, waited for several minutes only for this goat to come out, came close to the vehicle and went "oh it's tinted glass, I'm cancelling" and she just went back inside. No apologies, nothing! F0..0l!

PS: this happened on Saturday, I got banned after posting.

@ readadream..
Sorry about the ordeal,
Bolt don block me like that last year around May, and that week I needed money cos calls were coming left right n centre. For a whole week.

The painful thing was that I had done 3 trips or so and I was at Abule oja, yaba .. when Bolt blocked me because i missed trips bla bla ,
Why will you draw me out and block me midway, i was livid with rage.. I calmed myself down and opened Indrive.
For like 3 months or more, I didn't open Bolt..

Seriously, no app deserves any loyalty.

This hustle just have some negative bad vibes. How can you drive 16 mins to PU, called and the rider was just rejecting the call. Then you sent a txt message and the person cancelled. They don't even care that you used fuel to get to their PU location.

Femi Martins(08168316605) of Spring Garden Estate( off orchid) God will punish you. You will find disappointment from where you hope to gain favour.
Idiot.

This your post was laced with so much anger I empathise with your pain, it is a reality a lot of drivers experience on this hustle... in a way it is the Femi Martins of this world that may accelerate you towards your plan B!
Please on the crazy lagos roads you must keep your feelings in check, I believe your reaction is a build up from other negative incidents with other riders and the present realities of the hustle..
I may be wrong thou... if you are feeling extreme pressure, 1 week break will surely do you a whole lot of good.

While drivers are getting killed/robbed weekly because of drivers score. Bolt don go buy Mazda car company. Yet they’ve stubbornly refused to make life easy for their drivers. I honestly can’t wait for this company to get banned from Nigeria.

If uber and bolt were to leave this country, then the remaining ehailing apps will show their true colours. We live in a dog eat dog world, everybody is in the game to exploit maximally.

If you're not doing this hustle full time, then you will never understand how some actions of some wicked riders affect drivers mentally. Even if you do this hustle and you feel putting up this reply is the best you can come up with after reading what happened, then you still will never ever understand what drivers go through from wicked riders.
The Femi Martins of this world can never and will never accelerate any plan B Jack sh1t. Anybody that will help you will not treat you like sh1t or piece of rubbish.

I called you before leaving and you told me to come. I drove 16 mins to your place. I called you immediately I got there and you rejected 5 calls. Sent a txt message, then you cancelled immediately. Now this is what you have done; you have wasted my airtime, fuel used for 16 mins, time, strength! If I keep getting them like this, then I should always be happy and clap for them, and hoping they would accelerate my plan B!

This morning I got another. She was going to Lekki from iwaya. I called her and asked if I should come and she said yes. She asked where I was coming from, I said Moore Road, close to Barikisu iyede. I left immediately and drove to her PU location. When I got to iwaya road, she cancelled. Called immediately and she started rejecting my calls. Now I should clap for her and hope she would accelerate my plan B!

I think we should be guided here!

Always request to see the receipt,if possible collect the phone to see the transaction successful very well before you allow them to go,if it is a third party that will pay demand for the screenshot of the transaction successful.after every trip collect your pay asap.this is Lagos.
Barbiturate:

Sorry bro. Forget about the 3k, it's gone. Next time, don't let rider go without collecting your money. In case of transfer, let them show you the receipt from the App If it's ussd, make sure you see the alert before you let rider go.

You can add Rida to the Indrive.

Been in that situation too,I accept a ride ,they confirm, start car then all of a sudden I hear a beep saying customer have cancel when am approaching be pick up,it's bad though, but it's just the few bad eggs we have among riders, not majority though,I simply just ignore the rider and move on ,it part of the risk of the business.e hailing companies should look into it cuz it demoralise drivers sometimes.that why I don't like picking rides that is above 1.2km away from me.

You will get order anywhere you're parked both on mainland and Island.
Indrive passengers don dey plenty now, so they're everywhere.
Abi are there places you parked and didn't get orders ni?
Though there are some locations that you might not get closed-by orders immediately but if you wait enough, you will get.
Some drivers fit no get that patience to wait though.
Which locations have you found yourself parked without getting orders?
Much respect, boss.
