Thank youšŸ™‚
The Ā£4k was actually inclusive of hotel accommodation and flights; both totaling about Ā£2k. Evidence was attached. But other contributors have suggested I review downwards, and thatā€™s noted. In my next application, I will make sure to detail all my proposed expenses in a cover letter.
Iā€™ve kuku opened another account where all my side hustle money will be enteringšŸ˜„. My application did state that other monies from my organization was paid in as communication, bonuses, perdiem etc. I wonder why they ignored itšŸ¤·šŸ»ā€ā™€ļø and TBH, I didnā€™t think I should explain why other monies entered my acct. length of work was in my introduction letter written by the HR. So but anyway, weā€™ll try again soon.
Thanks again, and stay well.

That is fine. For me as well, I have a different account I receive unexplained money from side hustle so I donā€™t complicate things for myself.

I only get to submit my salary statement of account which shows my salary and allowances. I also submit my savings account on the PiggyVest platform and tag it savings. Even with all this, I always write a cover letter detailing some notable transactions in the statements submitted

I always pay to get my documents uploaded - doing it myself is too stressful.

I don't think there's anything to worry about. Even if you upload the documents yourself, you can also make a mistake.

Next time, keep asking the official if all the documents you submitted were uploaded. Some of them can be funny and will give you attitude. Ignore. You paid for a service and you must get value for your money.

Don't worry, all is well.

Yea I get you as well

You can apply in early May - if that is your plan. However, note that the outcome of the application is not predictable. Can take days or weeks. Also, price of tickets are outrageous these days so the earlier you buy, the better. Hope this helps.

Yea.. I get you thanks so much.

June is just around the corner, you can start the application now then you take your time to peruse it. Go through your supporting documents to be sure you have everything ready to avoid mistakes Before submitting maybe May. Better that starting in May and rushing to complete it in May.

Perfect thanks thanks.

Not true.
It affects all health jobs.
Read to understand
it doesnā€™t change anything. Individuals can continue to apply for jobs as has been the norm, but no active recruiter will come to your country to look for you by reason of been on the list. Those people in healthcare know that this has been the norm for at least 2 or 3 years now. I only speak on things I am sure of. Again it doesnā€™t change anyone applying for jobs and getting it.

This has been the case for Nurses in Nigeria since last year. But Nigerian trained Nurses still get employed in the UK but not through agents.
So Giselle is right.

Not really as you can still apply for any health position directly and get the job you just cannot be head hunted by say an agency due to Nigeria being red.

This is my business account which clearly states my business name on it( I provided GTB business account and micro finance business account). Pls note, I didn't provide a savings account.

1, How else can I convince them?

2, Case worker, said an open source search was carried out on the CAC website and shown to be inactive, what does that mean and how can it be corrected?

3, My statement of account does not demonstrate that I am in receipt of the stated income in my application and does not demonstrate how I fund my daily expenses In my country. What step should be taken to demonstrate that?

Thank you so much for response as I await your reply to my questions above.

I ws told companies becomes inactive at CAC if they do not file annual returns at CAC.

The process is simple if you qualify.

Your degree must have been earned at anĀ eligibleĀ institution. Check the list of eligible schools to see if you qualify to apply.

Prove your knowledge of the English language. To prove this,, you must apply for an Academic Qualification Level Statement from ECCTIS.Ā This document is required to support your application.

Provide proof that you have enough money toĀ support yourself.Ā You must provide evidence that your account balance is at least Ā£1270.

You also need the results of your TB test.
Ā

Thank you.

Yes, these criteria are met already.

Do they hold one's passport while the process is taking place or do one send the passport after receiving a positive reply?

mobile bank statements accepted.

Hello,

Please, if a spousal joint account statement is submitted for visa application proof of financial resources by only one party traveling. Does the 2nd spouse need to write a consent letter?

Your inputs will be appreciated as well:

YES.
SOA aims to show the money is available for use, and since it is a joint account, you need both signatures to withdraw from it.
Providing a consent letter from 2nd spouse/2nd signatory to the account helps to clarify that.

Thank you. Does the letter needs to be notarized, or just her signature and probably copy of her passport attached suffices?

It all depends on how much information you are willing to give to strengthen your application.
You can include all these since I presumed you will be traveling alone to avoid any presumption from the ECO.

hello . its not a spousal application I can infer. This is a dependent visa application as your spouse is not a British citizen. A written consent is fine. No need for notary or all those things

I believe you have the option to either submit your passport with the visa applicationĀ or keep it until aĀ decision is made.

Note that it will cost you money if you choose to keep your passport because there's a fee for this option.

Getting a dollar card or using that of a friend. Some people also use virtual cards like barter e.t.c.

Did you just credit the said dollar card?
Understand that if you just paid into the dollar account esp. after 12 pm you can't access the money till the following day.

Hi Flinton, I don't use such virtual card services. I have a GT Corporate Dollar card, which I use for foreign transactions.
If you are looking at making some payment within the week, if not above $300, maybe we can help each other since I need Naira, and I can't withdraw from the GT dollar card.
We can do some verification; I only need the link to pay (Visa fee, ETS, and WES only).
Reach me at info@softlifeconsult.com if that's okay with you. If you are in PH we can meet physically.

Try it by 7 PM.
If it doesn't go through, wait till tomorrow and try again by 7 PM.
That's how the GT dollar card works... It is normally available at 6 PM if money was paid into the account before 12 PM. If not, till the following day at 6 PM.
