Well, I wouldn't tag it overhype my good woman. I believe Deltamani, Schemerkhiz and the rest were only keeping us informed on her progress.

Speaking of which... Abeg, where in the heavens is Schemerkhiz??

Samueltemi337:
Still doesn't change the fact that they over hype her here

Oshoala was in tears when she left the pitch... I hope it isn't another serious injury....
Lol
As a Nigerian I'm worried
As a Chelsea fan, I'm chuckling and cackling.

The only fit CB we have at this moment is Maggie Eriksson.

She will be fit for the world cup abeg lol

Omo, The Ladies played in a bit more organized form, both defending and attacking. We just need to learn how to keep the ball and maintain possession for long time…

Never talk down again on what Oparanozie offers this team.

Just look at her power and hold up plays upfront. She is a monster in duels and can hold off defenders quite comfortably while lining up a strike.

She may not be the Fast Desire of old, but mehn, she still got some class and most especially she is the most powerful and most physically dominant CF we have.
she is what we wanted Musa to be

Michelle Alozie🔥🔥

This girl just keeps getting better and better. Her sweet cross for Onyi Echegini's easy finish and her ability to attack on the outside and the inside using her winger experience even while playing Fullback makes her a great asset to this team.

Another top performance from her.

Ajibade!!! Smh
Ajibade is now how Ordega is. Smh. That was a wide net for heaven's sake. If that was a semifinal game is that how she'll waste ithuh Ajibade is no longer a 90mins player abeg. Hope Randy sees this asap. I was hearing all their gist due to the speaker, from their bench. 😆

Gift Monday sabi abeg.

Gradually getting fed up with Ajibade.

You people should warn her for me o.

Good goal Oparanozie
gradually?

Post wafcon ajibade is average gaan. Hope she gets her form back asap. That is annoying to watch. Enough to chop bench imo.
Re: Nigeria Female National Teams' Thread by TheSuperNerd(m): 4:07pm On Apr 11, 2023
I know your take is harsh as I still rate her but mehn, what I witnessed her do in that added time period is bloody damning and frustrating. She should be burying one of those 1v1s all day and with her eyes close.

Damn! Ajibade right now in the Falcons is a far cry from the Ajibade we saw at the Wafcon. I hope she gets her mojo back fast before the mundial.

ThePresenceWtf:
Like i've always said, Ajibade should be watching The Super Falcons play from her TV... Missed 2 One v One's in the space of 40 seconds? all in the 93rd Min....Smh

Big ups to Randy. Don't know what he did, but we saw an improved Super Falcons the last two games. The girls played much better today than they did against Haiti.

1. The most improved player in my opinion has been Alozie. She makes fantastic runs, and may just be the solution to our "ball crossing" problem on the right. Kudos to her

2. Ajibade has been the most disappointing. Not even sure where she fits in any longer. She holds on to the ball too long, will rather dribble than make a simple pass and just make terrible decisions all together. I lovee her too much to see her remain like this.

3. Today's game made me appreciate Asisat a whole lot. The Barcelona team have probably made us lose sight of some of her areas of strength. Her hold up play is out of this world; very few players posses this quality. Would have preferred her on the wings when Oparanozie came in.

4. Good goal by Desire Oparanozie, but still not convinced. Maybe if she gets to play more centrally, hopefully before the world cup, then we'll get to properly access her. Quality is there obviously, but she still has to prove she's up to the task. Not convinced.

4. Imuran cementing her place in the team. Proud of her. Blessing Demehin did better today, but again, NZ weren't much of a threat up front.

5. Onyi Echegini was everywhere. She helped the team defensively and made some great passes. Her goal was a testament to the quality that she possesses. Still think she needs help in the middle, Ajibade surely isn't it.

6. Toni Payne was great. Enjoyed watching her play.

7. Monday Gift must be on the list please. She brings something different to the attack. Her press gained us possession a number of times the few minutes she played

Generally, the team passes the ball better, of course still a lot of room for improvement, but Kudos to the team and if course Randy.

She's what we desired for years in our attack all this long. What remains is finding her a telepathic partner to make it dangerous to face us. I was even expecting Ajibade to pass to her while she was still behind as she's the better finisher. Ajibade knows her legs are tired and still went selfish. Mtcheww.

Okobi Effect. I noticed our passes became coordinated when she came on. Gave space to the LW to use to attack well. I expected Ayinde to go off at some point though. I love her positional discipline. Monday is a Gift. She knows how to release ball shapali. No delay or rubbish showboating

Gradually because I have a soft spot for her hence the bias. It's the reason I keep giving her the benefit of doubt even though your take is the objective truth. She's a pain to watch, and this isn't just the national team. I only watch Asisat now at club level, no longer watch Ajibade.

context is loss of form and disappointing show on Field of play. That wasn't hard to decode, was it?🤣

me sef get soft spot. I also did for franny way back, even defended her blindly then. But. Things can't remain so if we need progress. Anybody wey dey jeopardize free flow and transition should chop bench abeg.

You guys are appreciating the rest players but won’t even talk🗣️ about the excellent Dirty Job Halimatu Ayinde is doing in the Midfield… Omo She’s just too positionally good and was clean with her job today..

She needs to put her head down, and play, She should know she is not there yet, I once fancy her over Zee,

Buh hmmm not again

Ebi made two mistakes in last 10mins of the game. I dunno if its me sha but the eye Blessing givam be like

"Wetin you dey play now Cappy?" 😂😂😂

Defence did absolutely well. Echegini deserves accolades for the goal. I'm still assessing cos I'm still not fully convinced. If her strength lies in run ins to the box then something needs to be done to make that a threat that even commentator go notice. Till then. One Champagne for Gift Monday and Alozie.

We urgently need a Left crosser badlllly. Desire was the only one that gave a sweet cross all match from the left. Normally, she should be the receiver of such crosses. Right crossing is still Alozie for now. We need one midfielder to join her in that. Those bunching at the corner flag is off to me. Not needed.

Why talk about a player whose second name is literally "Madam consistency"? 😂

Ayinde and Bad games in the Falcons are parallel lines.

She is almost always excellent in the middle. Keeps things tidy, Strong in duels, great at interceptions, majestic in her passing and a decent lines breaker where necessary.

they barely threatened except 3times in 2nd half. I was afraid for that Run in they did but Nnadozie saved the shot/pass.

We won them, but I'll love us to replicate how they rotate and distribute the ball fast and on the ground. They can't handle counterpressing though.

Meanwhile I understand Barbra Banda's Zambia were bashed by South Korea today a second time.

Zambia scored 2 in the last game and even led at half time, 2-1 before losing 5-2.

But today, the Koreans were damn merciless. 5-0 drubbing mehn.

Na wa.

Randy Waldrum's last three Super Falcons matches:

- Nigeria 1-0 Costa Rica .

- Nigeria 2-1 Haiti.

- Nigeria 3-0 New Zealand.

Randy is cooking for the 2023 FIFA Women's World Cup. 😎

Massive turnaround from previous performance and results, Anyways I’m still not convinced yet at least their performance have improved a bit, I would want the Falcons to play the likes of England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿, Germany 🇩🇪, Spain 🇪🇸 and Brazil 🇧🇷 let me make better assessments of Randy…

Pro to the World Cup the minimum game to play should be 3 at least.!

I’m not sure Osarenoma Igbinovia will return to playing football, She’s Married and also gave birth to a Baby girl some months ago..

Osarenoma Igbinovia. I recall her. Was atthe same U20 WWC in 2014 alongside Oshoala. Super zee's breakout tournament to the world.

She still balls in the NWFL I believe. Possibly for one of the big gun, Bayelsa or Delta Queens or Rivers. Not sure.

Deltamani and the rest can help you out with info on her.
