And I am glad some others are finally getting on the Rofiat Imuran train.

That girl is pure quality on the left. A real deal talent.

Has fantastic recovery, and a good sense of balancing her attacking and defending (overlapping and underlapping) across all in-game phases.

Rofiat... you football playing beauty!
She is living up to the praise and positive assessment from months ago. Top talent she is.

Assuming she still has a lot of pace now, she would have bullied those Moroccans at the WAFCON...
.....lol, you do not need outstanding pace to bully though....hold up play, strength, skill and technique. the Lukaku way.... cool cool cool cool grin grin grin grin grin

You should be happy Randy is gradually getting his selection problems sorted out… Ucheibe fitting into hat Midfield of 3 is something very difficult right now, Dropping Onyi might be a No as she’s technically better and good with passes but Ucheibe brings that Defensive Energy and Strength..

Abeg I confuse😂😂😂

But this 6 Midfielders are pretty okay for us now except someone exceptional just burst in from nowhere which is unlikely to happen.. Goodbye to Rita Chikwelu, someone else should be wearing that no.10 jersey now

1. Ngozi Okobi
2. Halimatu Ayinde
3. Christy Ucheibe
4. Tony Payne
5. Onyi Echegini
6. Regina Otu
.....lol...i do not envy Randy one bit

....Desire,Esther,Asisat upfront, Ajibade to the bench.....Desire will cause problem with that size and hold up play which will result in freekicks, as it stand, i think we have 3 people that should be taking our free kicks, Desire, Esther and Plumptre..Also i do like to ask, where do you think this leaves Ucheibe.... cool cool cool cool cool cool cool cool . This squad is loaded, i hope Randy can pick the best for each position per time.
No way Ucheibe sit on the bench. One of Jenny or Tony will have to make way. BTW, Ayinde won't be available for our first two games so that practically sort itself.

Randy would have a tough decision to make between Ayinde who has been exceptional in the last two matches and Ucheibe, another midfield engine.
No big decision here though, Halimatu Ayinde have the edge as she’s a better passer. But if it’s a game against Cameroon, Ghana and Ivory Coast that are very Physical, I will start Halimatu and Ucheibe together..

Christy will likely start as Halimatu's red card at afcon will keep her out of the first 2 games.

The team can still play like 3 friendlies before the world cup proper, and it'd be good if we get more teams like New Zealand..teams that are slightly ahead of us in the FIFA ranking, but still beatable... Czech republic, Italy and Belgium will be good picks...

Pregnant? grin grin I didn't notice that one.
And yea, age is catching up. She should be going to 41 by now.
Onome Ebi will be 40 years old by May 8th, and going to the World Cup she would be 40+ and certainly the oldest or one of the oldest player going to the World Cup..

Osinachi Ohale and Ashleigh Plumptre should be our pair at the World Cup, Blessing Demehin and Onome Ebi as alternatives with Demehin to come in if need be..

Again I will have Nicole Payne ahead of Glory Ogbonna any day any time as my Alternative in the Full Back position for Rofiat Imuran and Michelle Alozie as she can play both sides…

Something like this
1. Onome Ebi
2. Osinachi Ohale
3. Ashleigh Plumptre
4. Blessing Demehin
5. Michelle Alozie
6. Rofiat Imuran
7. Nicole Payne…..

Glory Ogbonna a No No for me❌❌❌

Colin just said it all… The Bull

If I be Randy Oparanozie will be a regular sub, once she comes in I push Asisat Oshoala to the wing..

See as person fine and fresh.🙌

Look no further, this is Nora Hauptle, Ghana’s Black Queens head coach.

Na fine and fresh we go chop?
Last time I checked, Ghana didn't make it to the WWC.

It will take about a week before that girl can get herself. Next time, she no go dey contest ball with someone twice her size.
Desire is probably the biggest in that squad.
.....lol, she must way up to 2 bags of rice(100kg) grin grin grin grin grin grin grin, that lady must have had a near death experience(NDE), must feel like been hit by a keke napep.... grin grin grin grin grin grin grin grin grin grin grin

The issue now is if randy sabi rotate at the right time. I don't mind Ucheibe starting imo. She's the only player that can make Ayinde comfortable and expressive in the middle. Plus her link up with defenders is the best from all midfielders in the team right now. Let's see how it pans out. Shey Plumptre go dey start now? Imuran is here to stay and that has made Payne get her desired role. That leaves CB for Plumptre to contest for. She's up for it sha.
...i do not expect Onome to play for the Falcons after the world cup, so that should sort things out with Plumptre.

We have just one FIFA window left and it falls into the period teams are expected to be in training camps. If this is to happen at all, then the NFF has to be intentional about it.

The season ends late May, but the champion's league final is 3rd June. We should ensure we pick a camp location that will allow for us to have these friendlies.

The FIFA calender seem to suggest maximum of 2 friendlies sha. Don't know if the rule is sacrosanct. Also not sure how all these will work together with camp.

Overall, I’ll rate the SF 7/10 in this game. Aside from the first 30 minutes of the match, they were otherwise organized, compact and had the better scoring chances.

The CB duo of Onome and Demehin were generally imperious, aside from the misplaced pass from Onome to Nnadozie which nearly resulted in a goal.

But I’ll also note that there were times when a quick pass was the better option than unnecessarily holding onto the ball (Ajibade was mostly guilty of this). So, the coaching crew should keep working on this aspect of their game.

Assuming Ajibade and Ayinde are suspended from the first WC game, my 3-5-2 line up would look like this:

————————Nnadozie———————-

———Demehin——Onome—-Plumptree——

—Alozie—-Ucheibe—Echegini—Payne—Imuran

————— -Oshoala—-Oparanozie——————

Let's not forget. We still have creativity issues down the middle. That has not been sorted out yet.

True though Ucheibe has ginger like Kante that is needed while Ayinde's passing too is required.

.. Absolutely, it has not been sorted out, that is why we must milk other avenue to score, e.g Corner kicks, free kicks.. As it stands we must be very intentional about looking for those freekicks at vital spots, looking for those corner kicks till we get a player that can really create or till we get a coach that can make the players use spaces well.
