There is nothing moral or upright about Tinubu and APC. From the beginning, it has been fraud, lies and moral depravity. INEC led by Yakub is a bigger fraud.

Because you want Obituary to rule the so called Zoo😂😂😂😂

If INEC really said that then you should know that INEC is partisan and selfish.

Now I understand the consistent attacks on OBi and LP.
If you have legal eyes, you will see that both APC and INEC are seeking for technicalities in this case simply because they have no evidence to counter OBI's petition.

OBi played a fast one on them by making noise about BVAS, they prepared their defense on BVAS in collusion with INEC only for PO to hit them below the belt

The game plan is
Hijack LP and install stooges that will withdraw the case
Push for technicalities instead of defending the petition (cos no evidence for defense)
Instigate a riot or civil disturbance to scatter the whole tribunal thing

So Tinubu is a drug Lord true true , they couldn't defend the allegation nawaoo

Continue deceiving yourself and the like.

It is shame on you to see road for ground put head for bush.

Obi supporters are jokers when it comes to speaking the truth and obvious. They have perfected the art of telling lies till they enter graves.

Nobody should take them serious again because it is pretty obvious that at best they are just being petty on the pages of nairaland.

Is this not very clear now that money exchanged hands?

People must defend their paychecks and the balance payments remaining.
What proof do you have that money changed hands?

A no case submission should be enough to throw away the useless petition. The tribunal should just dismiss the petition based on INEC and APC’s preliminary objection. No point wasting everybody’s time going into trial.

Why then is inec afraid to go to court?

You told someone to go to court, he went to court. Now they're afraid or what ?

See how you calm down to type big trash. Lol.
Putindbutt:
This ocean will swallow up Obi for sure, he has never down this kind of a bigger path before. He had only won two cases as a Governor all his entire political career. Tinubu, however has won multiple cases on multiple occasions, he won more than 20 cases for Lagos State against the FG (OBJ), he won couple of cases for himself against his Governorship candidacy, more crucially, he has helped a number of helpless Governors of several states reclaim their mandates in court. Tinubu has not only won cases for himself but for Lagos State and some individuals who have become political heavyweights in Nigeria. Obi is about to experience the final nail on his political coffin.

One thing is clear,
LP's petition is the most difficult petition that INEC/Tinubu's SANs have encountered.
It took them 21 days to write this hogwash.
This would have made sense if they replied the 2nd day.

It's just like the case of a boastful Student who believes he can solve any question posed to him in a one-hour test. After reading the question about 10times and for shame of submitting a blank sheet, decided to start writing nonsense about 5mins to the end of the test AND even asking for extra sheet.

How would it be heard that Woke Olanipekun SAN and 15 other SANs couldn't reply meaningfully?

Imagine them speaking as judges.
How can you say a petition is incompetent blablabla?

Go and prove that it is.

Olanipekun hasn't replied yet.
What we have is Lateef (APC) preliminary objection to determine merit of Peter Obi's petition.

Even if LP petition is dull, incompetent and lacks merit does that mean a former drug lord will be sworn ij as Nigeria's president, what on earth is happening to Nigeria's democracy
Yes. You got that right.
A former drug lord. Well we don't know. He was never indicted nor convicted, so far it just looks like his account was used to launder drug money same way yahoo boys use people's account for wire transfer of proceeds from scamming.

INEC has just shown their bias.

INEC does not represent APC but it is a Nigerian paratastal.

Why is it then making submissions to favour APC? Ideally tey should be neutral and allow the proceeding go ahead with its natural flow. Those that connived are afraid.

Obi was so smart that he wrote his own name first as the plaintiff before labour party just in case they succeed in infiltrating and destabilising LP leadership like they attempted to do.

Total waste of time and energy. Even a blind man can already perceive where this is heading. The results were collated manually and signed by agents on paper. Where were the LP agents in 41,000 polling units? Eating boli (roasted plantain) in some local canteen?

By the time Obi is done dealing with them even if he lost @ tribunal, our election will never be the same cos any man or party that think of rigging will have a second thought.
