The reality bro is that there are three major ethnic groups in Kogi just like Nigeria, the Igala's like the Hausa-Fulani are in majority, however, not the kind of majority that puts you in a cruise position.
The 2006 census put them at around 45 or so percentage. Any other figure any one dishes out is a lie concocted from the pit of hell.

So, the other two senatorial districts are more than the Igalas combined.

You see what is happening in Kogi State is an eyesore. The OKUN people are very weak, very weak. Late SB Awoniyi and SB Daniyan sold Okun people into slavery.

When we were in the University several years ago, I observed their students don't attend Oduduwa Students meetings. One of them ( now late), I specifically invited him to the meeting, he said they are not part of Oduduwa States. That was his reason as if SocioCulturalStudents Association is based on State of Origin. This guy is seen as the most social and radical among them but I discovered he was dull because OKUN people have been caged before he was born.

I can see that traits in Dino Melaye and Smart Adeyemi.

But if you are from Kogi State, you will understand that Ebira man is not the first governor that will hand over to another Ebira. Igala people did it.
