There is this neighbour of mine who has been married for some years without children. He confided in me and sought my advice on this issue that he was introduced to one beautiful widow who has three kids with a good job. He told me the woman said the kids' responsibilities would not be his as she has her job. But my neighbour is afraid. How should I advise him?

Your neighbor is poor...that is why he is worried and should not proceed. I know a rich someone who did ..even sent all the 3 kids with the one the woman had for him abroad to study. Upon graduation fixed all of them up with good jobs.

So, if your friend is poor, he will be inconveniencing himself.

I wouldn't. But, there's nothing bad with it and if he really likes the woman, he shouldn't see them kids as a barrier and he should go for it.

so he wants to rely on the promise of a woman. that is impressive.

and let us say that she actually has all the money, so he will live happily ever after without even footing those kids bills for one day... and he will be comfortable with that as a man? So what will the kids be calling him? Daddy? What mouth will he ever use to talk to those kids? imagine 3 kids running around in your house and you can't tell them nothing.

I wonder how some men's brain function sha.

maybe you should try having a single mother as a girlfriend for 6 months before you give your COMFORTABLE OPINION on something as serious as this.

You are not the first man she has proposed to that I know, the fact she is paying the children's bill shows that you don't have any reason to call the kids to order if they misbehave..... but 3 kids is a huge responsibility aside finances......

And u think the woman would have ur time when she has three kids. U better wake up from ur dream before it will be too late

Atleast for the most part, there are benefits attacked to marrying these alleged great grand mothers (finance, green card, connections etc) ...

I don't hate single mothers, however, unless God Himself thunders from heaven saying "Marry this one", I'd rather be castrated than end up with one ...
