A House of Representatives member-elect for Jalingo/Yorro/Zing Federal constituency, Taraba State, Ismaila Yushau Maihanci has died.

It was a dark day for the ruling Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Taraba State whose House of Representatives Member-elect, Mallam Yushau Maihanci died early Saturday.

Yushau (born Oct 22, 1986) was to represent Jalingo, Yorro and Zing in the House of Representatives under the banner of PDP before he passed on.

The cause of his death could not be ascertained at the time of filling this report.

He served as a Special Adviser to Taraba State Governor Darius Ishaku before to his election. He was also the Taraba State Secretary of the PDP.
