Assuming this statistics is true, then why is it that all the FG policies to reduced poverty favours the north and the SW?

Why not support the zone that has the highest poverty rate?

Why toll the federal bridge built in the region?

There is no federal toll on any project in the any other region in Nigeria.

Would the bridge be tolled if it was in the north or SW?

For the upcoming tolls on federal roads, the SE has more roads to be tolled even when it is a 'dot' in the nation.

I don't see why people want the people of this region to be patriotic.

Any nation that deliberately continues to suppress part of its people is evil and should not stand.

Has anyone not considered the data is skewed since none of the "regions" are equal in size and the SE is also very dense. If you go by percentage of population under population for every state you'll get a better picture of where poverty is concentrated.

My problem is for the clueless FG to use the data to push support to the region mostly affected by their own poverty stat, which they are deliberately avoiding.

The key factor there is population density. Because SE is the most densely populated area, every statiatical index taken will ALWAYS be higher per square area. Poor, rich, educated, illiterate, everything.
At least this calculation above proved that although it has the highest density of poor people per square mile, it still has the least total number of poor people in total.
