What do some people expect? INEC is only defending the legitimacy and accuracy of its action in the elections.
The ONLY reason people who oppose the election result have is that the IREV was not used to upload the results in the timeframe they wanted.
But the Constitution and Electoral act NEVER stipulated a timeframe for uploading results. Even the American electoral results is usually not available online until months after the presidential elections. I honestly don't know how some people expect a GUIDELINE to become LAW.

The question is, what is the concern of INEC to helping APC to reply to LP and PDP petition on the same issue. It means they are no more impartial umpire as they ought to be.

The petition is mainly on the point of law, they should have allowed APC alone to counter LP and PDP, if they are not hiding anything. INEC had been scolded many times at the tribunal for taken side with certain political party, which they ought not to do as an impartial umpire.
They should have just asked the tribunal to give interpretation to the request by both LP and PDP, instead of supporting APC.
