TyroneP: All the things you stated here are the reasons I hate Nigeria. I'm not really a foodie so anything you serve me I'll adapt and adapt well. Don't get me started on the weather , I burn up easily and feel more right at home under the AC even without clothes and during rainy days. I abhor getting to mix with people , if I can not shelve it I'll meet people but if the opportunity arises to evade people I'll gladly evade them , yes and this goes for family as well. Owambes is the same reason as above In Nigeria nothing is free , what you feel is free is being collected somehow somewhere else. Last month PHCN billed me 59k for electricity that didn't last for more than 8 hours each day , do you want to talk about transportation , some days , especially rainy days you pay as high as 1500 for a bus ride from Lekki to Oshodi. Wouldn't you rather pay exactly for what you have used 6 Likes |

juman: There are NO toilets available. If you want to pee you need to get to your house before you pee. Or else look for a hidden corner and pee, just like in Nigeria. I don't know who tells you people all this ''abroad is heaven on earth'' rubbish. 2 Likes |

The only thing I agree with is 3. Australian weather is the best weather. Its not too cold but can be too hot. It doesn't snow in Australia. Nigeria is too humid and all year hot. Haven't been home in like 5years. Prefer to bring my parents over than coming back. Every food I want get's shipped to me. Don't really miss anything in Nigeria. Here is home for me. 4 Likes |

To all people that insulted their home country & people inthe name of being in another man's land God will humble you, you know what it means when humbles you? I heard one fool saying 'our local bingo' & series of vulgar languages used against Nigerian & Nigeria. With time your eyes will clear, use your sense!!! 2 Likes |

headofschool: My friend keep quiet. Freedom in Nigeria thank america right? 😂 😂 😂. What of the jungle justice, power failure,. Lack of emergency response when things are going on. The last time I came to Nigeria , I spent 3 months and left in February, I never enjoy light if not for my generator, I know how much I spent on petroleum. Scarcity of fuel not to talk of buying Naira with naira. Pardy. U no well. Hisssss. 1 Like |

Food ..... it depends on your location abroad. If you're in the US ... location... if in Missouri then it's a major problem to get foods..... but if in NYC ... I can't say what you can't get pretty easily. Weather..... it depends on location. Too many people believe the entire US gets cold in winter. There are places that have cold spells .... some bitter cold spells and also places where you'll face heat like you never did in Nigeria. Wonderful on TV Las Vegas is one such place. 2 Likes |
