Good day elders, I have just heard one can't switch from PSW to skilled workers visa except 3 month before the expiry of the PSW visa.
Is this true??

Let's flip the situation...... You own a company, someone applies for credit, the applicant does not have traceable history...........

Would you let the customer walk out with a brand spanking new fully boxed iPhone 14 pro max free or you would ask to hold a refundable security deposit......... 🤣

Try EE or Vodafone....... They might not ask for a refundable deposit.........

Hey guys, kindly advise on this situation. A friend that works as a Domiciliary carer with a care company was supposed to put a client to bed but the client refused all her effort and persuasion, the client also refused her putting the light on. After some hours, the carer got a call that the client fell, was taken to the hospital and she got some injuries (broken bones).... Now the carer is being disciplined for not notifying the office when the client declined going to bed. I will like to know if any legal action will be taken against the carer by Care quality commission. Should she be worried because she is really bothered.

Hello, Please can someone help with this question.
The 20hours limit for 2nd employment on Tier 2 visa, does it include overtime hours?

You can do more than 20hrs "overtime" with your sponsor

Download app (either RBS or NatWest), open account, then apply to switch your old account to them. Deposit £1250 into the account. You get credited with £200 within 7 days

Same process for First Direct. The only difference is you pay £1,000 within 60 days of opening account. You get £175 in 28 days...

Yeah, it affected my credit score, lost about 10 points but my credit score has gone back up and it's now higher than before (due to other factors like low credit utilisation, on-time payment, etc)

Can I switch to natwest this week and then close the natwest account and switch it to first direct next week
Re: Living In The Uk-life Of An Immigrant (part 2) by CheesyTee(f): 9:52pm On May 05, 2023
Idan!!!

The switch process takes roughly a week, the you wait another week after meeting the criteria for switch bonus.

So anticipate about 2-3 weeks from switch to bonus credit

I don't think CQC will do anything to her because you can't force a resident to go to bed, but the only mistake she made was that she ought to have notified her shift leader
