I think I understand what is happening here. You needed to get this small house ready first so that occupants of the compound can move in there first. Then you demolish the old house so as to start the main project

That's the plan. We are on course to complete the bungalow soon.

We have also offloaded floor and wall tiles for our use at this site...........

Electrical wiring, electrical fittings, all being done at once.
