lets know how mny times ypu eat in a day and why....

But in all these times I don't want to act too high or mighty because I may fall down on my face.

As the stomach leads

I eat 3 times daily except if I don't have any money on me that is when I eat less than that.
I wake up 4:30am everyday, do the house chores prepare the children and myself for work and immediately I get back from work, I check the children activities for the day and also do some domestic work before I sleep around 11:00pm so I use food to energise myself.

Twice

Thrice a day ….. Depends on the money available…

Most times when I have money I tend to even eat once or twice maybe due to many options

But anytime I have less …. Hunger every minute…
But all in all I don’t go to bed hungry
Praise to the almighty

Just give me smoke and alcohol due to the nature of my work

3. I don't joke with my stomach

Na as spirit of God direct me ,like today I don eat 3times already and e still remain like 2 with maybe cowtail pepersoup and trophy to come later.

I eat six to eight times a day,my workout session will kill most humans. So I must eat well to regain energy. What I eat in a day mostly are moi moi,egg,pap and milk,oats,rice and vegetables,potato and vegetables.
My workout session include 300 press up,200 squat,25mins jogging,5mins intense run,100 sit ups,100 bench press,100 squat jump...

Real niggaz don't count the amount of times they eat.
Real nigga eat only when hunger dey wire am.

Depends sha. Some days thrice and some other days twice.. Pesin dey chop as em pocket reach this days.

If I see food 🍲 I chop.

Sometimes once, twice or even 4times...depends in my appetite.

But belive me, when u start making money on steady food and sex will be the last tin on ur mind even though they are necessary

Three times a day, I can't come and hustle and still go and kill myself.
