Two or three times a day depending on the mood.

Any day I'm at the office. I can eat like 5 times.
At home. Only afternoon and night.
Hungover days. I don't eat at all.
Ileya and xmas. Strictly meat at any given hour.

In nordic country here I dont think there is anybody that eat less than three times a day.
Countries where if you dont have job, government pay all your bills.
