Two or three times a day depending on the mood.

Any day I'm at the office. I can eat like 5 times.
At home. Only afternoon and night.
Hungover days. I don't eat at all.
Ileya and xmas. Strictly meat at any given hour.

In nordic country here I dont think there is anybody that eat less than three times a day.
Countries where if you dont have job, government pay all your bills.

I wake up 4:30am everyday, do the house chores prepare the children and myself for work and immediately I get back from work, I checked the children activities for the day and also do some domestic work before I sleep around 11:00pm so I use food to energise myself.

Eating three times a day is normal for human being.
Eating less or more is abnormal.

fruit as meal will put a hole in ur pocket..nd moreover, u will still b damn hungry, fruits cant hold the stomach
