We're the results not uploaded? How was it possible for people living in Osun to check polling unit results in Rivers State if BVAS and IREV weren't used?

Yes, there were irregularities in Rivers and every sensible Nigerian knows that the results there were manipulated. But how could those results affect the outcome of the election?

Yes the APC dominated NASS passed the electoral law but that was done very very reluctantly. Before being passed, it's on record that every single opposition to its passage was from the APC camp; so stop trying to be clever by half.

Meanwhile we're talking about live electronic transmission of results directly from the polling unit, you're here talking about how people in Osun saw Rivers result? What sort of meaningless comparison is that? What silly results were uploaded? Are you trying to insinuating that Nigerians got knowledge of election results through iRev / BVAS? The same iRev results which in the majority of cases wasnt uploaded till several weeks after? Does your argument make sense to you?

And then you suggest the results in Rivers wouldn't affect general results; common sense would tell anyone that whilst Rivers was a bizarre case, the exact same thing that happened in Rivers also happened almost everywhere else, but to varying degrees.

I think court should not allow that nonsense, because there are some technicalities in law that are difficult for a lay man to interpret or understand.

Imagine watching live court case, and someone brought out a fake evidence that is needed to be examine thoroughly before the law Court but a lay man watching on TV ignorantly mistook it as real evidence and spread the news on social medias where alot of youths are hopelessly ignorance.
