Guy people who condemn ex governors for going abroad for treatment do not say it's because they failed to patronize our local hospital, they condemn them because they failed to build a world class hospital in their state.

The critics know that out hospitals are not up to standard and don't criticize the governors for not patronizing it, so it is not hypocritical for the critics to also not patronize the local hospitals.
