An attack on a US convoy two days ago left several dead. The attack which occurred along Atani road, Ogbaru, Anambra state, saw 2 US consulate staff and 2 mobile policemen shot and set ablaze in their vehicle. The rest of the occupants, reportedly 3 in number, were abducted by the assailants who are suspected to be pro Biafra separatists.

From the video made available online, one can observe that the vehicle was fired upon while in a motion, causing the vehicle to lose control and swerve off the road. The military officers on ground can be heard giving instructions to ransack the nearby buildings.
