Nobody is holding them from going to their Biafra. But remember, Biafra only consist of the 3 and half IGBO indigineous States.

Which are Imo, Ebonyi, Abia and half of Enugu States. Anambra and half of Enugu State are IGALA ancestral Land and the North will never allow them go with an inch of Igala ancestral Land.
