They were multiple reports that dangota refinery wasn’t completed and it required about 2.5 Billion usd and about 2 years to complete. So how possible is it that he’s commissioning it now.

The truth is - how can Govt, with all the Resources,failed to have Refineries ( all four of them )not working properly,due to lack of maintenance!
What could be going on in the Official minds of Ministers, NNPC, Subsidiaries,etc now - that our Man- Dangote have done it!
Dangote,of course will be used to maintenance,as a Private Sector Man.

I believe you should be old enough to know that we citizens will not make any government owned establishment profitable and survive.
It is the workers (from the MD to the gateman) that will ground the company and empty the factories of all machines, tools and equipments.
The most viable options is private establishments and PPP just as Nigeria have 20% in Dangote refinery.

Federal and state governments should just provide electricity, security, good infrastructure and enabling environment and let's see how this country will grow unprecedented in few years.

Foundation laying ceremony was done in the past ,now that the operation is about to start,the man is fully commissioning the refinery ,more so to honour the president who gave him licence to invest in the industry as petroleum minister.
